Welcome! and Thank you for listening.  If you have lost your motivation for a healthy lifestyle, try looking for it on the couch.  Motivation is there for you as long as it does not require stepping into action.  All the catchy slogans and memes fade away when it comes time to cook healthy or step out into the cold morning for exercise.  If only I had an accountability partner.  If only my spouse would help.  I am just not motivated.   Why?
