I think only love is the single most thing not validated by a market place and competition..I feel like all the other things are just a play out in the market scenario, whoever market it well he wins ; your democracy is just another side of catering to the majority sentiments and fear, Your Religion just another form of competing with other stories in changing times, Your social media is another form of marketing your biased conditioning, Your Relationships are just a balance sheet of debt and credit and competing for supremacy, your job is a market place of your abilities..the only way to disconnect from all the hate filled in a market place is to understand that market has the final say in all of it as per their demand at that time, how extreme we try to sell ourselves or our ideologies or how powerful or capable you are, you will fail if the market does not absorb you..I think only love we cannot market and only love not bought on our marketing skills, it is the only thing thrives not based on a balance sheet.. - Jai Joy

It is almost time to retrospect 2019 for me..it was nothing better I think, my shit got bigger and bigger in my relationships and reached another tipping point this year as usual, the messy things got more messier, struggle to fix myself by breaking others continued, my quest to find myself at the expense of deserting others continued, lost more love and gave very little love, and at the end still remained this confused lonely soul figuring out what I am in real at the end..The good things were to keep myself away from the hate brought by politics and religions and to keep hating them more and more, to practice and to learn the use of a DSLR Camera, to be fascinated by Gary Vaynerchuck that I can talk confidently of love-empathy-motivation and all now freely, even in a business and management environment and got more and more love in the work place, tried creating voice notes to shed some more shyness..and the last happiest thing at the end of this year was to see my partner and the people shattered by me gathering their broken parts themselves and standing strong and happy, holding their own love and happiness close to their heart than ever before, I am really grateful and happy for them..Good bye for another year and expecting the journey more calmer and silent the coming year..Love and Prayers to All My Friends and Loved Ones for the New Year 2020..#HappyNewYear2020 - Jai Joy

We talk about concentration camps to start writing our life diary, but do we need to see that much grim vision of the world around us to start documenting things in our life..?? We can look at the abundance and blessings of each moments to start a diary about life too.. we have a fragile life at hand ; where people still being killed and spend their life on run in lot of parts of the world, where religions killed more than anyone but we will never come out calling for a ban on religion from humanity, where accidents and calamities still kills people than anything else..I saw the world in grey, in a mix, tasting both sides, in the middle , not at the sides of white or black where we project the other side of color as grim and as the end of the world..the wholeness of life has the abundance to enrich us more, take us more close to life , than seen from our cubicles of immediate fears..Life is the most beautiful, these times we live is the best possible for human life and we should start documenting it every day, every moment.. - Jai Joy

I think generalisation of people or of anything under any label or tag is one of the easy way leading to the trap of creating an enemy, an opposition..I think the single thing I dealt with in relation to generalisation in my life was my islamophobia, or to some extent the semitism also, mainly due to an ideology of seperation based on belief and to use it even to kill people..The best way I always used to get out of that generalisation was to get more attracted to the elements and people of beauty from that society like my close friends, my colleagues, Sufism and lately even Shane Nigam to believe that if this much beautiful people have emerged from that particular way of life, it is wrong for me or anyone to generalise anything based on that tag or label..When I shift the focus to the beauty in macro, it's abundance kill the micro percentage of negatives.. - Jai Joy

I think your motivation has its roots in your own desire to envision yourself into something higher..if you don't have that desire , even if you are given a position, you will struggle to elevate yourself..and if you have that desire even if you are just the junior most staff, you will just own up things as if you are the manager itself and will envision yourself literally into that position..Any external people or factors can show you way or fan your motivational spark, but the seed and the roots of motivation are deep inside you ready to be sprout and grow.. - Jai Joy
