It is my pleasure to introduce you to the magical Sophie Apollonia Larson.
Born and raised in South London, Sophie was awarded a full scholarship to the Royal Ballet School in London at the age of eleven. Full of talent and passion she went on to perform in worldwide productions.
After realising that a professional ballet career wasn't her ultimate calling, she began blending ballet-inspired movement with her Caribbean roots and love of music.
Her creative and contemporary approach quickly caught the attention of brands, agencies, and producers, and today she has developed the Apollonia Method and works as a Movement Director for high-fashion brands including Kenzo, J.Lindeberg, CDLP, and more.
