I'm so happy to introduce you to the precious, insightful and very wise Sigrid Brelid.

I met Sigrid in person when I came to her class more than 1.5 year ago in Costa Rica and was struck by her calm yet strong presence. She's been facilitating energy sessions globally & living in different parts of the world since 2017.

Today she is based in Ubud, Bali where she recently has discovered a newfound love and interest for the way of Tea and Tea Ceremonies.

Sigrid's work is about guiding highly sensitive souls through a pure field of remembrance, awakening, and embodiment.
