It is my pleasure to introduce you to the divine Sara Nory.
A Swedish-Persian self-taught visual artist based on Ibiza - best known for her large scale one line drawings.
Sara is a devoted & experienced Artist, Kundalini, Hatha & Yin Yoga Teacher, Mother, Hypnotherapist/Past Life Soul Regressionist (and so much more!)
From her own journey, exploration and studies of the body-mind connection, the riginal eastern lineage of Kundalini yoga as well as Tantric Kashmir Yoga Philosophy in India, she has developed her own method, Non-Linear Kundalini. A somatic approach using the principles of breath, movement, hypnotherapy, sound and meditation.
I was very inspired by the originality of her thoughts and perspectives on music, the rising of consciousness, freedom and motherhood. I feel she has felt, lived and experienced so much already. A deep soul with a big heart.
