It's no surprise that I love to nerd out on numbers when it comes to my health and fitness. Tracking my calories and macros is of course, something I've done for years already. But only recently have I become fascinated with tracking my body composition metrics. I'm talking how much fat weight I have vs. muscle mass, bone density and water floating around inside my hot vegan bod! It's really fascinating stuff not to mention an absolute game changer when it comes to making progress with my training and nutrition efforts.
