My Way Is Not THE WAY To Get Lean And Stay Lean After 40
I often teach by sharing what I have done to get lean and stay lean after 40. But this is simply MY way. It's what's worked for ME and what hasn't ME. It's not THE way to get lean and stay lean after 40.
The purpose of me keeping things raw and real as I share my experiences, isn't for you to do exactly what I do. What's MOST important isn't what I do... it's why I do it. To live my life to the fullest as I strive for the best version of myself. I do what suits my lifestyle, what brings joy to my life, and what brings out the best in me. And it's continually evolving as how I measure growth and progress in my life changes over time.
The purpose of me sharing my experiences is for you to take the things I do that resonates with you and experiment with them to see if you experience a positive benefit and flourish with it as well.
That's the beauty of this shared experience. We learn and grow together.
