
We die everyday! We are not the same person we used to be yesterday. We learn and grow constantly and never stay the same. A part of us dies and a new part is born. So then why not look at death in the same way? Why does it have to be the end?
The book, 'Cry, Heart, But never break' by Glenn Ringtved is about loss and gives us a profound perspective on acceptance and compassion. Given the current times that is seeing loss at a deeper level, we thought of talking about it with a different view in our first episode.
