Assoc. Prof. Urartu Şeker - Sentetik Biyoloji

ITU Journal Talks'da bu hafta Assoc. Prof. Urartu Şeker'i ağırlıyoruz ve konumuz, "Sentetik Biyoloji". Assoc. Prof. Urartu Şeker, Lisans eğitimini Hacettepe Üniversitesi Gıda Mühendisliği Bölümü'nden aldıktan sonra, doktorasını İTÜ'de tamamlamıştır. Doktora sonrası araştırmalarına Nanyang Technological University'de biyofotanik, Massachusetts Institute of Technology'de biyomühendislik uygulamalarına yönelik hücre programlama alanlarında devam etmiştir. Bilkent Üniversitesi UNAM-Malzeme Bilimi ve Nanoteknoloji Araştırma Enstitüsü Yaşam Bilimleri kısmında öğretim üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır.
