I'm dealing with a lot of anxiety, which I know is being self fulfilled. I decided to try some new methods of guided meditation to release subconcious fears of not being good enough. The crazy thing is I know I'm good enough, but my ego overrides my emotions in old stressful situations, which is where guided meditations to rewire your brain comes in handy.
