For the past few years, I’ve been living in the space between what was and what’s still becoming. 

A liminal place where the old no longer fits, and the new hasn’t quite fully landed. ⠀ In this episode, I reflect on what it means to be in the middle.

The discomfort. The clarity. The surrender.

The knowledge I've been integrating into wisdom in my body. Awareness that goes from stuff I "know" to a way I "AM".
