Kari talks with Judy Ryan Hall about how her tongue cancer and the subsequent treatment radically changed her relationship to her body and to food. The treatment not only resulted in serious complications that kept her hospitalized for an extended period of time, but it left her unable to taste most food. As someone who has always loved food and being in a human body, the last few years have been a practice of reinventing these connections.
