It’s Okay Not to be Okay Episode 4: Caryn Berley

Caryn B - Seattle Based Social Worker Discussing Emotional Intelligence Centers - Head, Heart, Body

Trained as a social worker, I now play the roles of Life Coach, Enneagram Teacher, and Facilitator of Transformation. I empower people to embrace their life’s journey through radical listening, invitations inward, and promoting conscious choice. I have always sought deep understanding and deep connection, which has meant wading through much confusion, skepticism, and loneliness. I dream of a world where everyone has the opportunity to flourish while embodying their full selves and unique gifts.

We often think ""intelligence"" is all about being book-smart, but I'll be sharing about 3 separate (but interconnected) Centers of Intelligence we all have access to - the head, the heart, and the body (or gut). I'll talk about some of their functions, what happens when they're out of balance, and tips for checking in with each center. These teachings come through the lens of the Enneagram, a complex system of personality. I'm happy to respond to any questions about the system or the centers
