ep.4 | social media

we both grew up at the crossroads of generations: we had a typical ‘no mobile phones’ outdoors childhood in the 2000s, and got hit by a ‘digitalization’ car in our teens. when social media popped out, it had a completely different meaning than it has now. with all the joy and entertainment from following your favourite YouTuber’s day or seeing what your classmate did on the weekends, it also brought in a constant comparison feeling in the background. no one taught us how to engage with it and how to filter the information received.. and it’s okay. in this episode, we’re talking about how social media changed our perspectives on life.
