It's not Woo, it's real, is where we explore what it really means to co-create with Source Energy with a spirituality that's both primal and mystical. What does it really take on a day to day basis? And how do we use co-creation for our own lives and to create the new cultures that our world seems to need?

The Way of the Sensitive `Episode 31 Morning Restart
Morning reset from The Ancients.
This channeling came from my desire for something to help me REMEMBER that I create my own reality. I wanted something before the demands of my day came swooping into my mind, or other people's needs starting tugging at my heals. Before my morning pages! Something that I could listen to whilst I made me first cup of coffee in the silnece before the house wakes up. And, obviously, The A's delivered. I've put in the form of a podcast which you can listen to here. The Ancients guide us to internally meet and connect with the quality of innocence, beginning a new. Their cadence and tempo is purposefully slow and brings us gentley and fully to the now, to our observer self, to the state we need to be in to actively and consciously create our day.
Watch out for any hurried aspect of yourself that says you haven’t got time to slow down because you have so much to do. We need to slow down to be able to speed up our manifestations towards our desires, rather than rendezvousing with our fears.
Slow down to feel the bliss that is always there, just beneath the surface of our busyness.
