Why You Keep Running Out of Time: Faith-Based Solutions for Stress & Overwhelm

✨ Summary

Are you constantly running late, putting off tasks, or feeling like time slips through your fingers? You’re not alone—and it may be something called time blindness. In this honest and faith-filled episode, I share my personal struggle with managing time and how it affected my goals, relationships, and peace of mind. Through biblical wisdom from Psalms, Ephesians, and Proverbs, we explore what God says about time stewardship and how to break the cycle of procrastination. You’ll also hear about a free 5-day devotional and coaching opportunity to help you overcome time-related challenges.

Is time always getting away from you? Do you feel stuck in a cycle of procrastination, distraction, and missed deadlines? You might be dealing with time blindness—a persistent difficulty in perceiving and managing time that often shows up with anxiety, depression, or ADHD.

In this episode, I open up about my own experiences with time blindness, how it affected my family life and goals, and how I’ve learned to navigate it with the help of scripture and coaching. Using biblical insights like Psalm 90:12 (“Teach us to realize the brevity of life...”) and Ephesians 5:15-16, I’ll guide you through a faith-based perspective on time management.

💡 Plus: I’m offering a free 5-day devotional guide on biblical time stewardship—complete with scriptures, reflections, prayers, and action steps.

🌱 Want to break free from the cycle of delay and distraction? I’m also currently offering 6 free coaching sessions to help you reset your routines and rediscover purpose in your daily life.

🕊️ Let’s stop letting time slip through our fingers—and start living wisely, with intention and joy.
