Having my own lived experience with both BiPolar II Depression and Alcoholism, I have always found it both comforting and inspiring to listen to other people’s lived experiences. Their courage and vulnerability offered me the hope I desperately needed and inspired me to launch a podcast dedicated solely to sharing people's lived experience with different mental health and behavioral challenges. Each week a courageous guest will share with us what their life was like before, during and after their respective experiences and some advice they'd give to those who are struggling today.

Not long after Kyle sought treatment for his Depression, he realized that he was a gay man and tried to cover it up for over a decade. In this conversation, Kyle shares how he felt living with Depression at a much younger age than normally diagnosed, owning his sexuality and how he maintains his mental health today.
