The government attempted to explain the sightings away as hobby drones and misidentified stars, and made a bizarre claim that no sightings have occurred in restricted airspace. But with Air Force bases being shut down due to drone incursions, no one finds this explanation convincing, which raises the troubling question: Why is the government lying to us about the drones?
