He purchased a delivery truck and from there designed his first mobile home. Because of the effect of the pandemic due to social distancing and travel restraints, his first mobile home became his prototype for his business model. Vaughn has successful curated, a lifestyle out of pleasure, economical efficiency and solving a problem that affected everyone during the pandemic. His company Unoma, and their mission is creating a more sustainable and equitable future as it pertains to housing and community building. The mission is to provide multiple access points to housing and living through two main verticals: modular homes and van conversions. They are building a network of van rentals for transient travelers and a subscription model for anyone wanting access to their community without the need to be stationary.
