Kelly Ann Tinyes was a thirteen year old girl who lived in Valley Stream, New York. The neighborhood was friendly and everybody knew everybody, so when Tinyes got a call to come over to a house of a boy she knew, it wasn't out of the ordinary. However, after being reported missing, she was found dead in the basement of the boys house.
