This is easily the most vulnerable and open episode yet. We were BLESSED to spend some time with leading vulnerability practitioner + facilitator, Michaela Snyder who has devoted much of her life to embracing the most radical forms of vulnerability. Starting with nudity, we explore what it looks and feels like to be truly "naked" both physically + emotionally, along with the intense discomfort that arises. Boundaries quickly came up in conversation as they are a major facet of vulnerability. We discuss what boundaries look like for us individually, in relationships, and how they have deepen our connections further than we could ever imagine. As you can't talk about true vulnerability without breaching the topic of shame and as many of you know, this is a topic I talk about extensively on my platforms. The conversation we shared around shame, including Michaela's most transformational + vulnerable lessons with the topic, truly serve as a permission for us all to LITERALLY get out of our own shit. Recording this episode was truly magical and I feel so unbelievably blessed to be delivering it to y'all!
Also at some points the audio is a bit spotty, we are showing up + posting imperfectly. I appreciate all of you who take the time and space to listen.
This is certainly a powerful hour and a half and I hope it finds you when you need it most.
