Hi all and welcome back to another episode of Is This On? podcast. 

In today's episode, I will be talking to Aditya Nataraja. He currently serves as the Senior Manager for Programmes with Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives (APPI). He works with his team which provides grants to NGO or Non-Governmental Organizations in India.

Before that he was a Member of Board and Manager at an Incubation Center at IIT Patna. This Incubation Center is a collaboration between the Central Government and Bihar state government. And before that, he was quite active in the Venture Capital space as an Investment Principal. He led a team of investment professionals in making early growth, to growth stage investments.

Adi's pivot from being a VC to serving a large organization which is focused on doing good to the humanity, is a very interesting and inspiring one. My conversation with Adi was quite long and hence have decided to breakdown the conversation into smaller episodes. Here is the first part for your consumption.
