This is the premiere episode of the exciting new podcast "Is History Watching?" We are discussing the story of the destruction of the ancient Roman city of Pompeii. It was destroyed and buried by Mt. Vesuvius in the year 79CE. It left under the ash and pumice an almost pristine look at an ancient city and how its people lived.
