11. 3 tips for getting back on track with T1D after travel (I went from 60% to 90% TIR in two days!)

We're backkkkk!!!! In this episode, I talk about where I've been during my 2 month hiatus from podcasting, how my T1D management went during a month-long trip to Ireland, and 3 tips I have for getting back on track when management slips.


I also dive into the challenges of traveling and how I worked to re-establish healthy habits after a few messy days!!
