The podcast is presented by Legally Wise Women. Being ‘legally wise’ is having the wisdom to navigate daily life, having more power over outcomes, and having knowledge about how things work in our system (whether that system is financial, legal, employment, political, social, etc). Wisdom also includes emotional intelligence. This refers to a person’s ability to perceive, control, evaluate and express emotions. The podcast advocates that learning and increasing emotional intelligence is an important determinate of life success. Women will feel comfortable in our community; they will learn, they will get answers, and they will be empowered through knowledge. We have frank discussions in plain English, so that everyday women don’t feel intimidated or silly by legal, financial and political issues.

Ep82 Being Unstoppable

An interview with a woman whose incredible energy puts Ush and Jacqui to shame, this episode we feature Caralee Fontenele. Caralee has been in business since she was in her early twenties. At the age of 30, she went to University to become a family lawyer. She opened her family law practice Collective Family Law on the Gold Coast in 2012 and have expanded across three locations since then, with the view to keep scaling.

Being the director of Collective Family Law, Caralee has cultivated a strong culture of excellence in the service her business provides to clients, balanced with fun and innovation within the team.

Her love of business and the law has lead her to create a platform for professional service firm owners called The Scalable Business Lounge. Caralee has recognised that there is a lack of support for law firm owners to grow their businesses and to create law firms that help them to create a life that they dream of. As the leader of the Scalable Business Lounge, she helps law firm owners to get their law firms running like a well-oiled machine so that it doesn't need them anymore.

Amoung other things, Caralee also hosts the 'Being Unstoppable' podcast, and has authored a number of Gluten Free, Sugar Free cookbooks.
