In the fourth episode of this five-part series Michael Nilles, CIO at Schindler, and Duncan Binger, Senior Solutions Manager at Schindler, demonstrate the MySchindler app which allows customers to monitor equipment status and critical data. If there is an issue with their equipment, a trigger dispatches a Schindler technician and a push notification is delivered to the customer via the app notifying them of the needed repair.
