McGranahan lecturer, Dr. Barbie Zelizer, came to campus March 5, 2020 and gave her talk titled, "On invisibility and the news in precarious times: Why invisible Trump accommodates critique better than a visible one."
Dr. Zelizer is Director of Center for Media at Risk at the University of Pennsylvania.
Her talk addressed invisibility as an invitation to critique in the news and pictures of Donald Trump in the US news media.
