Through mentorship, leadership development, and values-based community building, Ross empowers young professionals to use finance as a force for good. He previously held roles at Piper Sandler, Twitter/X, and SoFi. Ross earned his bachelor’s degree at Fordham and the University of Minnesota, with executive education from Cornell and Stanford.
