Send us a text Today, I’m joined by Tracey Smith. Tracey currently leads a ministry called Cowboys & Outlaws Prison Ministry. She does outreach to those in prison and to people experiencing homelessness. But before she was called to this ministry, she had a past. Tracey grew up in a rough home, became addicted to drugs, and was jailed over 20 times. During her final time locked up, she surrendered her life to Jesus Christ.
