Reiki is a stress reduction technique, a kind of energy healing that is over 100 years old. At each level of certification you are "attuned" to a higher frequency of energy. Ever wonder what that feels like? Today I'm sharing my own experiences and feelings after receiving each "attunement" for level 1, 2 and my Master's certification. Each level takes us to a deeper level of healing within us and allows us to help our client's, loved ones or friends at a deeper level too.

At times Reiki can seem like a bit of a master, so here is the insider scoop and a first hand experience of how Reiki can feel. Remember though, everyone's experience of Reiki will be completely unique to YOU and your energy, so you may feel similar or you may not. Either way its okay!
