In this episode I chat with a friend of mine who is a therapist with a Doctorate in Health Psychology and Clinical Science – Dr Thomas Whitfield!

We discuss his journey into psychology from experiences in his younger years and how those lead him onto the path he is on today! We also discuss his educational background from his work with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to sexual health and sex education, as well as why people pursue therapy and I even share some of my past experience with therapy!
