Welcome to Into The Mirror. Season 5. Episode 4.

Yes, read that title right. There is a great story in this podcast. I finally took a swing for a crush.... I never got an answer. Life is full of ups and downs and I am grateful I found the courage to try. Even if it wasn't close to how i imagined I am proud I didn't sit on the bench and not try. Fear is a funny thing as it has created so many tragic ends to relationship and potential relationships.

I end up creating the very scenario I was trying to prevent. So now in my life as I have had more chances to face them sober I really have begun to grow. I would write more about this podcast but you'll love just listening.

This is my truth and my vulnerability and I grateful I know myself enough to be able to follow my heart. I know people will find value in this part of my journey.

PS- NEVER EVER TRUST A "FRIEND" TO DELIVER A MESSAGE CLEARLY TO A CRUSH. Especially if they maybe a little jealous. I was an idiot I knew I shouldn't have trusted him but fear kept me from trusting myself for a minute. NOT ANYMORE. :)
