How do we deal with fear and the big illusion it creates when we let it over paint our life. I know that I have lots of silly fears that I know logically don't make sense but still impact my life. Today I talk about the ghost under my bed. Yeah I know its silly and funny but I have a fear of a ghost girl grabbing my foot when I hop off my bed in the middle of the night. There was a movie called "6th sense" and the movie really scared me as a kid. I was never scared of killers I was scared of ghosts and haunting. To this day I can still get spooked or creeped out at times.

Today we talk about the intense energy on earth right now and healthy ways to cope.
