Welcome to Into The Mirror. Season 6 Episode 4. Final Episode of the season. I setup the seasons based on general energy I have and I am learning to focus my craft. :)

Today is a longer episode. I tell a mini version of my story how many lines of deception I had to cross. How I lied to protect myself. This is no excuse but it's for sure part of my motivation for such a long period of my life. How do we get honest after so much lies and pain? Where do we begin to heal things that go beyond death?

Shame is no ally to us. Society has used shame for far to long as a corrective measure. Shame and the vibration have a purpose and are power guides to our truth or lack there of but its not an emotion to be used lightly.

Stigma and fear and fear of not keeping up with the joneses. I hope this episode brings some peace to others. Its longer and I apology for the volume. I am practicing with software and learning as I go.
