Welcome to Into the Mirror. Season 5?

Learning to roll with the punches and pick yourself back up and continue.

Brody and I had a bit of a fight. I haven't felt my best self for quite a few weeks and it took its toll. I love my friends dearly and I know sometimes we just need time apart to find our individual parts in the life symphony.

I really enjoyed sharing this today but it took me forever to even get a 20 minute episode. Sending love to everyone out there. I will have more clean and put together episodes now that i've ripped the band aid off in this episode.
