Melissa is the co-founder of The Ameliorate Group, an organization headquartered in Dubai, servicing multinationals in the Middle East, focusing on Leaders, Teams, and Women. This year, The Ameliorate Group will expand their reach with their global project “The How Women Rise Leadership Program,” powered by bestselling American author Sally Helgesen, a project close to Melissa’s heart since it provides an opportunity to create an impact for women at work.

Melissa has a wealth of cross-industry experience in senior learning and development roles and conceptualization practice within various contexts. She understands the day-to-day challenges individuals face in the workplace and enables them to navigate them successfully.
