Almost Perfect, but Not Quite
This is one of my favorite Shel Silverstein poems and before we recorded this podcast, I was listening to the poem in my head on repeat. The quest to be perfect is absolutely fruitless, so why do we think it’s actually possible and not realize the power this quest has to derail our sobriety.
