She quite literally took time off during a recording shoot last year, to record this episode with us. She is a British born Gujarati Folk Singer. Her journey is rather fascinating. Pritee’s musical journey began in India where she studied Indian folk music with the renowned Lalita Ghodadra. She has since matured into a creative and unique folk singer herself. Her debut album was released by T-series, and has since created numerous albums and music videos, which have proven extremely popular, not just in the UK but also in Gujarat. Her passion for special effects started in 2016 during her first year of her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. After graduating in 2018, Simran continued to pursue a qualification in beauty and skin care. In the course of her career, she has worked in retail, on television and film sets, photoshoots, and in theatre. Professor Anusuya Chinsamy-Turan is a paleobiologist based in the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Cape Town.
