THREE WAYS TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION

Learn 3 ways to raise your vibration. 

First of all what are high frequency foods? Food that don't make you feel bloated or tired or sluggish after you eat them. Things that are alive, such as fresh veggies and fruits. The first group we want to look at is dark leafy vegetables: brussels sprouts, zucchini, broccoli, joy, mustard greens, arugula, spinach, and kale. Oh and Swiss chard. These are really great sources of data sources of Chlorophyll. Chlorophyll have tons of antioxidants and help protect premature aging.

Another source when it comes to high vibration foods are sprouts. Sprouts are foods such as sunflower seeds or your broccoli sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, wheat, grass, and watercress. All of those things are really helpful for you as well. The next group is fresh herbs. These provide great taste, aroma, and they are also a great detoxifier as well.
