In this week's episode, I had the honor of having Mike Wolthuis on my show. Mike is a Veteran who served as a military policeman in the Air Force. He is a former competitive powerlifter who now is an amateur boxer. I loved getting his world about what led him to join the military, his experience getting kicked out, and what he learned from it all. How he got adopted at a young age, growing up in an abusive environment, his struggles with anxiety & depression and How he made it through the darkest times in his life, and how he shifted.
