We are starting season two with this babe Monika Mazur. Her background is like no other, from journalism student in Poland to immigrant nanny in the US, personal trainer, fitness competitor, personal development junkie (landmark graduate), fitness studio owner, and finally online fitness + life coach. Monika wants you to be as confident in your body as you are in your business and career. She loves collaborating and working with women from all over the world!
Monika and I connected through social media, from a hashtag, yes a hashtag, lol. We both attended the same personal growth training and have been connected for a while now. So I was thrilled to have her join me. We talked about her story, how her journey began with personal growth. What it looks like to be “complete” with someone. The power in having velocity and making things happen without letting things get in the way. We shared some vulnerable stories, and how landmark forum has shifted our lives. She also talks about how important it is to do things that feel good vs. what looks good to others. Aligning with what you believe is most important, and if you are stuck on what it looks like to get aligned, she shares what you can do to get in that space.
