Today's guest is the founder of global team ID network, which spans 10 countries and drives 40 million in team sales making her the no.1 income earner in her company with multiple 7 figures to date. Amber Smart is a savvy entrepreneur, investor and public speaker having taken centre stage in front of 70,000 at the GoPro conference. Amber’s story will expand your mind to the possibility of Network Marketing as she started her business shortly after moving from the UK to Ibiza, through multiple lockdowns and navigating life as a new mum whilst her son Jasper was still a toddler.

So how did she get to living her dream life on the white isle of Ibiza?

From boldly moving to London at 17, her naivety of city culture ended one night “with a stiletto round my head, blood on my face and hair mangled”. With 18 stitches across her head, it was a hard lesson to learn.

From being bullied at school because she was popular to being a victim of online trolls and receiving a vicious personal attack she has learnt "you can’t give it energy”.

From building a successful business in hospitality and events, booking major dance music artists, to “we nearly lost everything” when her world turned upside down, she moved to Ibiza for a fresh start where “the beaches are free”.

From starting a new business in fear, just hoping to cover her car finance bill to investing in herself, expanding her vision and scaling a global business to earning her biggest monthly pay cheque of £146,000 and is now debt free.

Amber story’s demonstrates that no matter what happens, if you keep looking forward and are willing to do the work internally and externally, then setbacks might just be stepping stones to the next level of your life.
