Our guest today is a hugely successful and influential talent manager and reality star who began his career on The Only Way is Essex back in 2013.
He has since branched out to the sports industry and has started up the huge project, where he manages elite talent including John Ryder, Joe Cordina, and Connor Ben, as well as the reality stars Chloe, Demi and Frankie Sims. Alongside his agency work, he recently re-entered the reality TV world, having co-produced and co-starred in his family's first ever reality show, House of Sims.
You wouldn't have guessed a career in a reality TV was going to be in Charlie's future, so what led him to where he is today?
From working in T-shirt factories as a 16-year-old, to working his way up as a financial broker in corporate London, when the recession hit Charlie decided to join the world of reality TV, but his hustle mentality and creativity never left him.
