Sallyanne Clarke is one of the most recognisable names in the food and beverage industry in Ireland.

Together with her husband Derry, Sallyanne has revolutionised the industry for both the quality of their restaurants but also their unusual work practices. The couple has overcome some immense tragedies, including the untimely death of their son Andrew and the unprecedented pandemic. But they had to carry on, as their staff and their families relied on them for survival.
