
In this episode, I talk about the hardships that I experienced moving out and studying abroad. Feeling overwhelmed after a big change in your life is normal. You feel a sense of discomfort which makes you wanna let it all go and go back to your old ways. But instead of making a decision you're going to regret later, let yourself process your emotions and release them. Respond instead of reacting, consider the consequences and ask yourself questions, go back to your principals. Most of the time we forget what drove us to wanna change, so remind yourself why. Validate your feelings and find solutions. Find reasons to keep going than excuses to give up (because humans are better at finding problems than solve them).
