Alexandra Jarislowsky, former Director Jarislowsky, Fraser Ltd. Investment Management firm based in Canada, wants to encourage more women to enter the field of investment management. The field is a great option for women yet women are sorely underrepresented, 2% of assets are managed by women even though they outperform. While Alexandra has clear advice for current leadership as to how to increase much needed diversity in the workforce, she shares some gems on what women can do for themselves to help choose the organization that will enable a successful and more enjoyable career.
