In this episode, We spoke with Pradeepa Rayasam on the 81st episode and loved hearing her perspective on yoga! About Pradeepa: Pradeepa is a certified Ayurveda level doctor, Yoga teacher, Ayurveda educator, and accomplished Indian classical dancer. She is the founder of Arogyaveda in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she offers consultations and leads Ayurveda and wellness workshops throughout the Midwest.Her teaching extends beyond clinics ,she also shares the ancient wisdom of Yoga in local public schools and senior centers, making these practices accessible to diverse communities. Trained in both the United States and India, She received her training in Ayurveda under the guidance of Dr. JV Hebbar and Dr. Monica, and completed her training in Hatha Yoga under Dr. J.
