Madeleine Peyroux’s musical journey has been an adventure; a pilgrimage that has spanned to both coasts in the States, to the streets of Paris and other European cities, and back to the States where she currently resides in New York City. Along the way, music has always been right by her side as a travel companion, with her sound and lyrics shaped by the places she visited, and the people and musicians she met. One particular musician she sought after was guitarist Jon Herington. When she first heard Jon play, she developed a deep appreciation for his style and set out to collaborate with him.
