Welcome to Season 2! In this premiere, Kyle and Sam tackle National Treasure, taking audiences through the streets of Broadway on their own literal treasure hunt—with real explosions, a Declaration of Independence dream ballet, and an unnerving amount of lemon juice. After riffing on character motivations, “where’s the act break,” and the big 11 o’clock number, the hosts debut a show-stopping performance of “Map on the Back” featuring Rocky Paterra as Lin-Manuel Miranda as Nicolas Cage as Benjamin Gates. It’s historic, hysterical, and hilariously theatrical.
