
The topic for today is becoming secure in your relationship when you have an insecure attachment style. In our last episode, we explained each of the attachment styles in the attachment theory. In this episode, you are going to learn how to become and feel more secure and have healthy relationships even when you have an insecure attachment style. We all deserve the healthy, stable, peaceful love that we crave in our lives and having insecure attachment style doesn't mean you are doomed with unhealthy relationships; you CAN heal and manage your insecure attachment styles.
